England defenders Ezri Konsa and Nico O’Reilly have missed group training ahead of their visit to Czechia in the Nations League.
The duo, who play for Arsenal and Manchester City, were following individual training programmes on Monday.
It comes as a headache for Thomas Tuchel, whose squad travel to Prague this afternoon, ahead of the fixture on Tuesday evening.
England have not shared why the pair missed training. Both played the full 90 minutes in the 3-2 defeat by Spain at Wembley on Saturday night.
The Three Lions said: ‘Ezri Konsa and Nico O’Reilly are following their own individual programmes at Tottenham Hotspur‘s training ground this morning.
‘All other 22 players are involved in group training ahead of the squad departing for Prague this afternoon.’
Trevoh Chalobah or Jarrad Branthwaite could step in at centre-back for Konsa, while Myles Lewis-Skelly and Lewis Hall are options to replace O’Reilly at left-back.
Tuchel has come under some pressure following the manner of England’s World Cup exit to Argentina and their loss to Spain.
More to follow.
