Renowned modelpreneur and changemaker Victoria Michaels has officially unveiled the FCA Creative Development Hub (FCA-CDH), a visionary initiative dedicated to nurturing and empowering emerging fashion and creative talents in Ghana and beyond.

Situated at the intersection of innovation, creativity, and social impact, the FCA-CDH is far more than just a physical space. It is a dynamic ecosystem built for dreamers, designers, artisans, and innovators—a place where ideas flourish and talent is transformed into impact. The hub provides a diverse range of capacity-building programs, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on training, all designed to equip the next generation with the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive in the modern creative economy.

What distinguishes this initiative is its unwavering commitment to sustainable impact. Select programs have received backing from GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and the World Bank, underscoring the credibility, structure, and transformative potential of the hub. These partnerships also reflect the increasing global recognition of Africa’s creative industries as vital drivers of inclusive economic growth and cultural advancement.

Speaking at the unveiling, Victoria Michaels, Founder of Fashion Connect Africa (FCA) and the visionary force behind the FCA-CDH, shared her motivation:

“Africa is brimming with untapped talent. The FCA Creative Development Hub is our way of investing in that potential and creating pathways for long-term success not just for individuals, but for entire communities. I want your dreams and aspirations to evolve from where they are now to even greater heights.”

The FCA-CDH offers training in a variety of disciplines, including fashion design, styling, garment making, cosmetology, beadwork, basket weaving, accessory making, and entrepreneurship, among others. Each program is tailored to equip participants with both creative expertise and business acumen, bridging the gap between raw talent and sustainable success.

Stay Connected Follow @fcacdh and @fashionconnectafrica on all platforms for the latest updates, program announcements, and inspiring stories from the heart of Africa’s creative revolution.

The future of African creativity is here. It is bold, brilliant, and just getting started.
