Elimes Outfit, one of Africa’s fastest-rising luxury menswear brands, has unveiled an ambitious Pan-African expansion strategy that positions the company as a major emerging force in the continent’s fashion and lifestyle industry.

The brand — founded by entrepreneur and creative director Elijah Badmus — has confirmed plans to open five flagship stores across Africa before May 2026, strengthening its footprint across all major regions of the continent.

The expansion rollout includes a Southern Africa flagship in Harare, Zimbabwe, a West African location in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, the reopening of operations in Gabon to serve Central Africa, a new East African presence in Tanzania, and a planned Northern Africa hub in Casablanca, Morocco.

According to the company, these strategic cities were selected to reflect Elimes Outfit’s Pan-African vision and to accelerate its mission of becoming one of the continent’s most influential luxury fashion institutions.

Speaking on the announcement, CEO Elijah Badmus said, “Elimes Outfit is entering a new era — one that goes beyond retail presence and into building a true Pan-African luxury fashion ecosystem. We are creating a network that represents the best of African craftsmanship, culture, and excellence.”

The expansion follows significant growth for the brand across West and Central Africa, where Elimes Outfit has gained recognition for its rapid bespoke tailoring, premium cashmere and Silvershade fabrics, and its signature continental approach to luxury menswear.

The company also addressed the postponement of the highly anticipated Elimes Experience, explaining that the event was not cancelled but strategically rescheduled.

“Elimes Experience was strategically postponed to allow us to redirect resources into continental expansion and infrastructure development. This choice delivers deeper long-term value and positions us for even greater milestones,” the brand stated.

With strong digital engagement, a growing international audience, and an expanding presence across key African markets, Elimes Outfit is positioning itself for what industry watchers describe as a potential “continental breakthrough.”

The expansion marks a major step in the brand’s mission to redefine luxury fashion from an African perspective while strengthening the continent’s representation in global menswear circles.
