Eddie Burna previously known as Starboi Disco’s latest track, “Puff and Pass”, is a soul-stirring mid-tempo masterpiece that marries raw lyrical honesty with hypnotic production, courtesy of the multitalented Fasetwo.

From the first beat, the song immerses listeners in a soundscape that feels both reflective and defiant a perfect backdrop for Eddie Burna’s candid storytelling about struggle, survival, and unyielding perseverance.

Lyrically, Eddie Burna doesn’t hold back. He paints vivid scenes of life’s uphill battles, weaving personal anecdotes with universal truths about overcoming adversity.

Lines like “there is no level wey my life no fit pass , on the streets me I just come back. All my gees make we no loose guard. Ego bee ugo see just puff puff pass” cleverly tie the song’s title a nod to cannabis culture to a broader metaphor about enduring hardship without losing hope.

The hook is an instant earworm, balancing melancholy and motivation, urging listeners to keep pushing forward even when the weight feels insurmountable.

Fasetwo’s production shines here, layering moody synths, a steady bassline, and crisp percussion that gives the track its gritty, head-nodding groove.

The mid-tempo rhythm creates a contemplative pace, allowing Eddie Burna’s raspy, emotive delivery to take center stage.
