    Eastern Region has topped defending champions Ashanti Region in group B Eastern Region has topped defending champions Ashanti Region in group B

    Eastern Region defeats defending champions Ashanti Region to move to the top of Group B, winning 5-4 on penalties. The defending champions dropped to second position with 9 points, a point behind the leaders.

    The Upper West Region is still searching for its first win after a poor run in the competition, currently sitting at the bottom of the table with no points.

    In Group A, the Greater Accra Region continues its fine form with a perfect run, winning all four matches with 12 points at the top of the table.

    They are followed closely by the Northern Region with 9 points. Eastern Elite B is at the bottom of the table after picking up a point from their drawn game against Volta Region.

    The final of the second edition of the Elite U15 girls’ tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
