World class professsional boxing returned to the Mohegan Sun as Jimmy Burchfield’s Classic Entertainment and Sports presented the CES Autumn Classic on Saturday night in Uncasville, CT.

Stratford, CT’s Joseph Chisholm (6-1, 6 KOs) needed a left body shot just 50 seconds into his scheduled four round fight to dispatch of his opponent Facundo Eduardo Ased (9-10, 5 KOs).

Carlos Perez outworked Stephen Davis over four hard fought rounds scoring a shutout 40-36 on two of the judges scorecards while the third had it 39-37. Perez almost had Davis out at the end of the third round but was able to overcome the late barrage of his opponent at the end of the round. With the victory, Perez remains unbeaten (5-0) while Davis falls to (1-8-1, 1 KO).

Tevin Regis (7-0, 6 KOs) scored a spectacular KO in the fourth round at 1:05 over his opponent Anthony Mora (7-6-1, 4 KOs) to remain unbeaten in a scrappy lightweight matchup. Regis landed a right hook that sent Mora to the canvas in the middle of the round. Regis worked a jab and straight punches throughout keeping Mora back peddling throughout.

Rhode Island’s Kevin Monica knocked down Latreveon Grant twice in the first round, once to the body and once to the head. Referee Johnny Callas called a halt to the action at 1:16 of the first round. Monica remains unbeaten at (3-0, 3 KOs) while Grant falls to (1-4, 1 KO).

Middleweight Tyler Macari (2-0, 2 KOs) scored the second win of his professional career and remained unbeaten dominating his opponent Katriel Young (1-5, 1 KO) within the first round scoring a TKO at 2:34. Macari knocked Young down twice with a barrage of punches which caused the referee to call a halt to the action.
