Ghanaian Afrobeat sensation Dymo, born Michael Baah Kwarteng, is gearing up to release his much-awaited EP titled ‘Triumph & Vybz’ in July 2025.

The project features exciting collaborations with Ahkan, formerly of Ruff n Smooth, and Ecool from Davido’s 30 Billion Gang.

Following the release, Dymo will embark on a worldwide tour to promote the EP, with stops in Ghana, Canada, Europe, the USA, and other countries.

Dymo’s musical journey began in the early 2010s as part of the group Sugar & Spice, where he gained recognition for hits like “Ye Be Sa Azonto” and “Right Mood.”

After going solo in 2014 under the name 5stat, he rebranded as Dymo in 2022, embracing a fresh and dynamic approach to Afrobeat. Over the years, he has collaborated with top artistes such as Ecool, Kwasi, and Royal Brown.

With Triumph & Vybz, Dymo aims to push boundaries and showcase his evolution as an artiste. The EP blends traditional Afrobeat rhythms with modern influences, reflecting his commitment to innovation and creativity.
