    Social media influencer Dulcie Boateng has caused a stir online after she was seen flaunting bundles of cash on social media.

    In a video making waves on X on November 5, 2025, the influencer revealed that her boyfriend had gifted her GH¢40,000 as a “sickness allowance.”

    Dulcie explained that she had no idea such a thing existed until her boyfriend surprised her with the amount.

    “I had no idea there was something called a sick allowance until I met this man. Ever since I fell sick this month, I have been receiving cash for my treatment,” she said.

    In the same video, Dulcie is seen lying on a hospital bed while showing off the money, adding that although she doesn’t need such a large amount, it would compensate for the time she has missed from work.

    “I got this money yesterday. I definitely don’t need this much but it makes up for all the time I’m spending away from work, GH¢40,000,” she added.

    The video has sparked mixed reactions online, with many netizens expressing varied opinions about her display of wealth and her relationship.
