Ghanaian rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal, has instructed his fan base not to listen to advice from people.

In a post shared on X on July 18, 2025, Medikal noted that individuals should gain first-hand knowledge from their mistakes.

“Never take anyone’s advice, make mistakes and advise yourself from the mistakes,” he said.

The post from the Ghanaian rapper has caused a stir on social media, with some netizens questioning the motive behind his tweet.

In a series of comments on social media, some netizens are also backlashing the musician, noting his advice is unwarranted.

A socialite with the username @Kwadwo Tieku noted, “No lead the youth astray, we dey beg you. This generation ankasa gets plenty of problems already.”

Another netizen noted, “Hehehehehe, So somebody burn e house by mistake nti me too I no go listen am, I go burn my own take learn???? It’s only an unwise man who refuses to learn from other people’s experiences in favour of only theirs.”
