A Pennsylvania landlord has shared sickening footage from inside a home where three dead babies were found after he kicked out his alleged murderer tenant.
Brent Flanigan, who owns the Cadogan property, said he evicted Jessica Mauthe, 39, in mid-August.
When he visited the home two weeks later to change the locks, he noticed belongings left behind and abandoned cats.
He returned to the cluttered home on Friday to clean it out for the next tenant – shooting video of the trash piled and scattered throughout – but was horrified by what he discovered amid the filth.
Flanigan discovered a foul-smelling trash bag inside a closet. Inside, he found the decaying corpse of a baby.
Police were called to the scene, where they later found two more dead babies inside tote bags hidden in the attic.
In the first tote, they found a garbage bag with the towel-wrapped baby’s body in it. The second bag had a bucket inside, which held another baby in a cloth, PennLive reported.
On Monday, state police announced Mauthe had been arrested and charged with one count of criminal homicide and one count of abuse of a corpse two days prior.

District Attorney Katie Charlton told PennLive the cause of death for the two infants found in the attic is still under investigation and ‘additional charges will be filed if appropriate.’
Police said Mauthe gave birth to all three children. She had the most recent one about a year ago in her bathroom while sitting on the toilet, according to court records.
The child allegedly stayed in the toilet for several minutes. She then picked the baby up and wrapped it in a towel ‘until it stopped making noises,’ documents read.
She then put that child in the upstairs bedroom closet, where Flanigan found the corpse.
Mauthe also allegedly gave birth to the other two children in the home as well. It is unclear when they were born.
The allegedly murderous mother was living in Flanigan’s home while her husband was in prison.
A local pizzeria’s spokesperson said she was working there for about 50 hours per week.
Mauthe remains in Armstrong County Jail and has been denied bond. Her next hearing is scheduled for September 23, according to records.

‘It’s just evil, it’s beyond sick,’ neighbor Carmen Felix told CBS Pittsburgh, as he reflected on the heinous activity that occurred in his quiet town.
‘How could she do that? Three times. You don’t just plop babies in toilets.’
Felix told the outlet he lived near Mauthe for several years and watched her two other children on numerous occasions. He said he never knew she was pregnant.
He added: ‘Them two boys of hers, the whole neighborhood would babysit them. There’s definitely some counseling in their future.
‘We never expected anything like this.’
