    A Nigerian groom trends online as he performs his marital rites and ceremony online due to distance constraints.

    The man and wife who resides in the abroad organizes their wedding in Nigeria for their two families to meet and engage.

    In the trending video, the families and friends of the couple are the ones that attended the wedding physically as the couple themselves participated virtually.

    When it was turn for the groom and his friends to plead and beg for his wife as the Yoruba culture dictates, his friends represented in real time while he did his via camera.

    The man has impressed netizens with his determination to hold their wedding notwithstanding the distance barrier. Others however consider it disrespectful and the whole affair a joke.
