Prophet Nana Bediako, Founder of the God’s Believers Chapel, has issued a firm prophetic caution to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), warning the party against any move to present former President John Dramani Mahama as its candidate for the 2028 general elections.
The prophecy—captured in a pop-up video circulating on social media and recorded in the early hours of January 2025—warns that any attempt to push a ‘third-term agenda’ for Mahama would plunge the NDC into a prolonged political drought.
“Mahama’s return will be disastrous”, Prophet Bediako said.
In the viral video, Prophet Bediako cautioned that returning Mahama as flagbearer would be spiritually misguided and politically harmful.
“The NDC must not attempt to initiate any move to return former President John Mahama for a third term. Such an attempt will be disastrous for the party, and they will remain in opposition for over twelve years,” he warned.
He emphasised that the NDC risks locking itself out of power for over a decade if it disregards this prophetic instruction.
