Diddy’s son’s secret message that could see him tossed from mogul’s trial REVEALED: Live updates

By GERMANIA RODRIGUEZ POLEO, CHIEF U.S. REPORTER and DANIEL BATES AT THE DANIEL PATRICK MOYNIHAN FEDERAL COURTHOUSE FOR DAILYMAIL.COM

    Published: 08:41 EDT, 13 June 2025 | Updated: 10:16 EDT, 13 June 2025

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ trial is underway on Friday in Manhattan after his son King wore a shirt with a message of support for the rapper, breaking the court’s rules.

The disgraced mogul’s son, 27, was sporting t-shirt with the message ‘Free Combs’ on Thursday – even though court attendees are not allowed to have slogans such as this in court.

Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and accuser ‘Jane’ concluded her motional testimony this week after telling the court she still loves the rapper, but resents that she felt forced to have sex with strangers to satisfy his sexual fantasies.

Prosecutors say they charged the rapper with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy because he used threats, drugs and violence to force women into unwelcome sexual experiences and used his employees and associates to help him get what he wanted.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life in prison.

Diddy’s son wearing ‘Free Combs’ shirt in court, violating rules

Diddy’s son Christian ‘King’ Combs wore a t-shirt with ‘Free Combs’ on it in court on Thursday.

The shirt has a mesh layer over it that barely disguises the words ‘Free Combs’ in white.

Court attendees are not allowed to have slogans such as this in court.

In fact, people have been told to turn their sweaters inside out if they have them on them, so the mogul’s son appeared to be skirting around the rules.

Diddy was seen mouthing his approval to King on Thursday.

HSI special agent takes the stand

Homeland Security agent Andre Lamon took the stand on Friday to testify about the raid on Diddy’s Los Angeles home in March, 2024.

He told the jury his team led for the execution of the search warrant

Prosecution accuses juror of lying, want him dismissed

Prosecutors asked for one of the jurors in the Diddy case to be dismissed because of ‘inconsistent’ statements about his residency, the trial heard Friday.

During Voir Dire, the juror said he was a 41-year-old man who lives in the Bronx and works for the New York City Department of Corrections.

Prosecutor Meredith Foster said: ‘The juror has said multiple things that cannot all be true’. The prosecutor added that this was a ‘serious issue’.

The juror – a black man – had let slip some information to court staff during ‘banter’ which prompted prosecutors to go back and review his statements during Voir Dire.

According to the judge, the juror said he had moved from the Bronx in the last two weeks and that it could have been ‘ambiguous’ where he lived.

Diddy’s lawyer Alexandra Shapiro said it was ‘troubling’ to involve the man’s employer and amounted to ‘harassing’ him.

Shapiro said that they would gladly waive any appeal in the event of a guilty verdict regarding this juror.

She invited Diddy to briefly address the court to confirm this. Diddy put his hand up and said: ‘Waived, your honor!’

Marc Agnifilo, another of Diddy’s lawyers, said that the juror’s statements were ‘innocuous, harmless’ and because he wasn’t used to dealing with the court.

Judge Subramanian said he would decide how to move forward at the end of the day.

What to know about Friday’s witnesses

A federal agent, Andre Lamon, and a former assistant to Diddy named Jonathan Perez is expected to take the stand for the prosecution on Friday.

Perez worked for Diddy during his relationship with the previous witness, ‘Jane,’ who testified under a pseudonym.

Prosecutors want a juror axed from the jury

Judge Arun Subramanian is expected to rule on the prosecution’s request to dismiss a juror from the trial.

Before the jury came in on Tuesday, prosecutors asked the judge to strike juror #6 from the jury.

The judge said an unspecified ‘issue’ had come up for the government.

The motion related to the juror in question is sealed, so no further details were mentioned in court.

On Wednesday, Diddy’s lawyers ‘vigorously’ objected and accused prosecutors of a ‘Thinly veiled effort to dismiss a black juror.’

Prosecutor Maurene Comey replied that they had seen ‘what appeared to be a lack of candor with the court that raises serious issues with us.’

    Cross-examination of Jane is over

Diddy’s attorney finished her questioning of his ex-girlfriend and accuser Jane on Thursday.

Prosecutors now get to question her again so clarify any loose ends from her testimony during cross-examination.

Jane is the prosecution’s last major witness and they are expected to rest their case soon.

All the celebrities mentioned in Diddy trial so far

Diddy’s ex-assistant Capricorn Clark exposed the mogul’s list of celebrities enemies and many other A-listers have come up in testimony.

The trial has even inspired deep fake videos that use AI-generated images to falsely claim that certain celebrities, such as Oprah and Jennifer Lawrence, have been mentioned in the mogul’s sex-trafficking case.

Here is a list of all the celebrities talked about in the trial so far:

Michael Jordan’s response to being named in twisted Diddy roleplay fantasy with Shaq

Testifying under a pseudonym, ‘Jane’ revealed Diddy’s twisted NBA role play where he casted himself as Jordan, her as Kobe Bryant and the male escort she slept with as Shaquille O’Neal.

How P Diddy’s alleged crimes began in the 80s – and the disturbing reason he was called ‘Puff’

DEEP DIVE delves into Diddy’s 30-year reign of excess and debauchery in unprecedented detail, starting with his ‘crazy’ fits of rage as a student in the 1980s that earned him the disturbing ‘Puff’ nickname.

Contained within hundreds of pages of civil court documents are the horrifying details of his tempestuous relationship with Cassie Ventura – which ultimately led to the floodgates opening.

Among the many allegations contained within the papers are claims that Diddy filmed fellow A-list celebrities taking drugs and having sex with prostitutes. In many cases, the name of the celebrities involved have been kept anonymous by court order.
