Diana Hamilton, a well-known gospel singer, musician, and philanthropist from Ghana, was enstooled as the Nkosuohemaa of Dodo Tamale in a lavish ceremony that was full of spectacle and tradition. She was given this prestigious title, which means “Queen Mother of Development,” in appreciation of her unwavering efforts to further the well-being and advancement of her community.
Dignitaries, traditional leaders, and community members attended the enstoolment event, which was held at the Dodo Tamale Palace on 29th January, 2025 Traditional drumming, dancing, and the recitation of old customs and rites were all part of the celebration.
It is anticipated that Diana Hamilton, as Nana Adwoa Amponsah I, will be instrumental in advancing Dodo Tamale’s social, cultural, and economic advancement. Since it ushers in a new period of development and advancement, her enstoolment is regarded as a pivotal moment in the history of the community.
