Gospel musician Diana Asamoah has addressed the contrasting election prophecies from her and several other pastors, including Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah.

She has explained the nature of prophecies and why they may differ.

This comes after the founder of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, predicted that the NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama would emerge victorious in the December 7, 2024, elections.

In contrast, Diana Asamoah recently also claimed to have received a revelation, predicting a win for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

The varying prophecies by these two and other prophets have since sparked controversies online.

But Diana Asamoah, in a recent interview with Adom TV, has clarified the nature of prophecies, explaining that they are often revealed in parts and may vary between prophets.

“As prophets, we don’t always see the full picture. We see things in parts. What one prophet sees may differ from what another sees. That’s why there can be differences in prophecies,” she said.

She also addressed Rev. Owusu-Bempah’s prophecy, stating that while she respects it, it does not align with hers.

“What he saw was different from what I saw. I’m not doubting his prophetic gift, but what I saw was that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia would win the elections,” she explained.
