Cape Coast – As the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearership race intensifies, prominent party figures are publicly aligning with their preferred candidates. Among them is Samuel Annobil Baidoo, popularly known as “Snow,” the immediate-past National TESCON Coordinator and current Deputy Central Regional Organiser, who has declared his unwavering support for Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

In a post on his official Facebook wall on Friday, December 5, 2025, Snow made a passionate appeal to delegates, urging them to vote for Kennedy Agyapong if they seek to secure victory in the 2028 general elections.

He stated that, based on his engagements with broad sections of the Ghanaian public, he believes Agyapong is the most compelling candidate to lead the NPP to success.

“When you speak with family members, acquaintances, traders, industrial players, farmers, entrepreneurs, health workers, teachers, academics, ordinary citizens, the young, and the old about national development, one name consistently emerges: Kennedy Agyapong. He is widely seen as the leader who can deliver the future Ghana we all desire,” the statement read.

Addressing internal party dynamics, Snow noted that given the current tensions and acrimonious nature of the campaign, Agyapong stands as the unifying figure the NPP needs at this critical juncture.

“For the party, I believe he will inject fresh energy, unite our ranks, and pave the way for the quickest possible political comeback in the 2028 elections,” the statement emphasised.

Concluding his endorsement, the Deputy Central Regional Organiser declared his full support for Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.

“I have no choice: I AM FULLY KENNECTED—and you too must get ‘Kennected,’” the statement ended.
