Ghanaian businessman and rapper Desmond Blackmore, well-known as D-Black, has given tips for a successful business.
He advised the youth to choose businesses they are passionate about.
The Black Avenue Muzik boss reiterated that passion is the key to success.
He gave this advice at the 40th birthday celebration of Ghanaian businessman Richard Nii-Armah Quaye.

“When making a decision about what business to invest in or dedicate your time to, I believe you should choose something you are truly passionate about—something that excites you, something that makes you eager to get up in the morning and work on it,” D-Black said in an interview with GhanaWeb’s Stella Dziedzorm.
“Passion for what you do is key to success. That’s the first thing—be passionate about it. So when things aren’t going well, your love for it will keep you going until it bears fruit,” he further stated.
