Popular marriage counsellor and media personality, Charlotte Oduro, has expressed disappointment with some netizens fond of criticising individuals on social media.

In a video shared on Instagram on May 16, 2025, Charlotte Oduro congratulated such individuals, stating that it is over what she described as their ‘diabolic’ attitudes on social media.

She noted that they have technically won by tarnishing hard-earned reputations due to their unwarranted allegations on social media.

“Sometimes, I sit and I wonder how people celebrate evil. Congratulations, because you have won by betraying somebody. You have won by seeing someone in pain, especially innocent people. You are happy and you get other people to support you and celebrate evil.

“The Bible has said that a time is coming that good will become evil and evil will become good. It is a reality now because people don’t have empathy again because people sit and orchestrate just to destroy and see tears in one person,” she said.

Citing scriptures in the Bible about the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Charlotte Oduro called on individuals whose images have been tarnished on social media not to be pained because of such unwarranted accusations.

“They may have the upper hand today. The same thing happened to Jesus. They thought they had beaten and crucified him… The same people he gave his life to were the same people who mocked him.

“He endured and kept quiet and went to the cross… Learn this from Jesus. Let the whole world speak against you and tell God to have mercy,” she added.
