Ghanaian artiste, Epixode, has condemned the comparison being made between Samini and Kelvyn Boy.
He claimed in a Facebook post that “some blog” compared Samini to Kelvyn Boy, asking who among them performs better when it comes to live performance.
The ‘Atia’ composer, who was unhappy about this, stated that it was very disrespectful.
He averred the comparison is also like making a mockery of legacy and catalog.
Epixode called on those making such comparisons to leave the kids to grow and become legends.
He wrote: Seen some blog comparing SAMINI 2 KELVYNBOI when it comes to LIVE PERFORMANCE n asking who is better. None of my business tho but I feel it’s very disrespectful and like making a mockery of legacy n catalog. Leave the kids to grow and become legends if not One day We will also tell our kids that mentor came before concert party.”
