Charles Opoku, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) deputy national TESCON coordinator, has resurrected accusations against Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communications Officer of the NDC.Opoku reaffirmed his earlier claim on social media that Gyamfi would eventually be imprisoned, citing worries about the financial sources for his political activities. He made it clear that his claims were not unfounded.Opoku promised that proof will eventually surface to back up his assertions.”I would be completely correct if I predicted that Sammy Gyamfi would be incarcerated by 2029,” he wrote. He claims that Gyamfi’s purported misappropriation of money for private business endeavors is only one aspect of the issue; more problems with gold purportedly stolen from private businesses and individuals are anticipated. He asked people to be on the lookout for these purported anomalies, but he offered no hard evidence to support his claims.
