Ghanaian event organizer and promoter based in Germany, Ofori One, has raised a concern about the charges of Ghanaian artistes.

During an interview with ZionFelix in Germany, Ofori complained about the high charges some Ghanaian artistes demand when contacted for events abroad.

He stated that most event organizers outside the shores of Ghana are not making money from the shows they organize.

Since they are not profiting from these events, he implored artistes to be considerate.

Ofori said it would be better if they charge modestly and have events to perform abroad frequently than to charge exorbitantly and have a few or no events to perform at.

To him, if these artistes wouldn’t agree to take €2000 or other amounts that would benefit both parties, then they should organize their own events.

Ofori also talked about other challenges that event organizers abroad encounter.
