    Some unknown persons have stormed the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on January 9, 2024, in an attempt to force out the Ashanti Regional National Sports Authority (NSA) Director, Kwame Baah Mensah.

    Reports indicate that the vigilantes intended to compel Kwame Baah to leave his office following the change of government.

    A video shared by 3 Sports on X showed a chaotic situation, with police personnel trying to prevent the vigilantes from entering the NSA director’s office to avoid harm.

    The individuals stood at the office door for a while, but it was not opened, denying them access to attack the director.
