The chairman of Asante Kotoko’s Interim Management Committee (IMC), Nana Apinkrah Akwasi Awuah, has cautioned that there will be changes should the club fail to win their upcoming games.

Kotoko, after suffering a 3-1 loss against Heart of Lions last weekend at the Kpando Sports Stadium, will host Aduana FC in the FA Cup Round of 16 game on Sunday, February 8, at the Baba Yara Stadium.

The Reds will again host their bitterest rivals, Hearts of Oak, in the Matchday 22 game next weekend in the Ghana Premier League.

Now sitting 5th on the league log with 34 points, Nana Apinkrah has cautioned that changes will happen within the technical team and the playing body should they fail to win these two games.

“If we fail to beat Aduana FC and Hearts of Oak, major changes will occur within the team, including the players, technical staff, and management,” he said, as reported by Akoma FM.

Asante Kotoko are the defending champions of the FA Cup.
