    Fresh CCTV footage has surfaced online, shedding new light on the altercation between Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire and actor Taye Arimoro, appearing to show Ovire as the aggressor in a heated on-set confrontation.

    The footage, which has since gone viral, captured the moment Ovire approached Arimoro during the filming of a movie produced by her team.

    According to reports, the incident occurred after Arimoro informed the crew that he was leaving the set to rest, having completed his contractual duties.

    In the video, Arimoro’s vehicle is seen being blocked by another car as several crew members surround him.

    One individual, believed to be part of Ovire’s production team, is also seen deflating the tires of the actor’s car.

    Moments later, Ovire is seen approaching Arimoro aggressively, pushing him away from his vehicle, removing her wig, and handing her phone to someone nearby before appearing to strike the actor.

    The emergence of the footage has ignited widespread reactions across social media, with many fans condemning the confrontation and calling for professionalism on movie sets.

    Industry insiders have also urged guild and union authorities to review the incident and enforce stricter safety measures to protect cast and crew during production.

    Below are some of the comments;

    “Her husband dey beat or slap people for location she self dey harass people. Their home must be so peaceful.”

    “I applaud that man for being a very gentleman, she laid hands on him several times.“

    “The person that brought this CCTV God bless you see as she Dey push am up and down.“

    “Gaslighters, I’m sure she has peddled lies against him before this video surfaced.“
