A caterer’s unconventional punishment for an uncompleted assignment has got people talking as she made her students fetch water in a bucket using a spoon.

The caterer @legitcyndyscakenmore shared on TikTok that she had to discipline her apprentices after giving them an assignment the previous Friday and discovering on Monday that four students had not completed it.

    She wrote,

“I gave my students an assignment since last week Friday
Only for me to come to the shop Monday morning and 4 among them didn’t do it”.

The viral clip recorded the students walking from a distance, carrying a spoonful of water to fill a bucket in front of their catering store.

After several attempts, the students responded, pleading with their boss because of the sunny weather and long distance.

The video has triggered negative criticisms, with many criticizing the boss for disciplining her students instead of sending them back home.

The caterer’s choice to share her student’s unpleasant moment on social media was criticized by online users.

Some had similar experiences with their apprentices, while others suggested that the students should fight their supervisor to get their apprenticeship money.
