The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Legacy Rise Sport, Sharaf Mahama, has been spotted showcasing his footballing skills on an AstroTurf in Accra.
Sharaf, wearing a yellow Black Stars jersey with black trousers, was beaming with smiles while taking part in some light football drills.
In a viral video on X, he was seen engaging in informal training exercises aimed at improving specific skills or techniques through repetition.
The practice focused on controlling the ball skilfully without letting it touch the ground for a period of time.
Afterwards, he took to the spot to practise penalty kicks, with one of his strikes beating the goalkeeper while others hit the goalpost.
Some of the onlookers were enthused by his skills and started chanting the name of legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, “C Ro,” while others shouted “superstar” in appreciation.
The son of President John Dramani Mahama has been in the spotlight in the sporting fraternity following his involvement in boxing activities.
His recent “Battle of the Beasts” boxing event, in collaboration with Amir Khan Promotions, caught the attention of both local and international media and received plaudits for the initiative.
