An American couple living in the United States, Alex and Timmy Thompson took to social media to celebrate their solid marriage and wedding anniversary.
Uploading pictures that dated as far back as their first union celebration, the men expressed gratitude for their love lasting the test of time.
On his Facebook account, the black American, Alex captioned,
“It’s our ** 31st ** anniversary, y’all. We are so blessed and so fortunate. We pray that God many many more. Please join us in our celebration.”
Many ‘congratulations’ and well-wishes littered the post with many sharing in their joy and wishing them a more blissful union.
However, the conservatives have been having a field day disparage the union, terming it unnatural, ungodly and pure sodomy. A few were shocked to see a same-sex marriage last so long.
