A bride recounts how she began a romantic relationship with her landlord’s son and became his wife-to-be at their engagement ceremony.

In an online video, the bride stated that she visited the apartment intending to rent it, and the landlord’s son convinced her into a romantic relationship.

She mentioned that he said in the Yoruba dialect, “our house is good and she is welcome”. After she agreed to rent the apartment, their relationship began and finally led to a lifelong marital journey, bonding their family.

While narrating to the wedding guests, her husband attempted to grab the microphone from her to tell his story. She refused and insisted on finishing the story of how she transitioned from a tenant to the landlord’s daughter-in-law.
