Undefeated 27-year-old Panamanian super-prospect José “El Magnífico” Núñez (18-0-2, 8 KOs) will return to the ring to face experienced 30-year-old Mexican fighter Bryan “El Niño Maravilla” Flores (29-1-1, 16 KOs). The bout is part of a Pro Box TV Championship Series and KP Kings Promotions event taking place on November 13 at the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, Texas.
“El Magnífico” Núñez stunned the boxing world last April with a sensational second-round knockout victory over Cuban Olympic medalist Erislandy Álvarez at a WBA event in Santiago, Chile, claiming the WBA Continental Americas super lightweight title.
Núñez began his career a decade ago and has been on a steady rise, securing wins over Jaime Muñoz, Omar Salcido, and Erislandy Álvarez, among others.
