A woman has got people talking after sharing her daily routine of preparing breakfast for her husband, ignoring modern technology.

The video showcases the woman grinding and mixing raw beans using a mortar and a pestle after she claimed that an electric blender was poisonous and dangerous for human consumption.

According to the woman, it has become her daily routine to wake up at 3:40 am to fry bean cakes locally known as akara for her husband to eat before going to work by 7 am.

She claimed the electric blender wasn’t good for human consumption, particularly because it was poisonous. Her perception about modern kitchen utensils made her stick to the mortar and pestle instead of advancement.

    Below are some reactions,

@Opungaji_thenbigspoon_kitchen Blender is not good for human consumption as how? We dey chew blender??
