    Black Stars coach, Otto Addo has released the starting eleven to face the Central African Republic (CAR) in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

    Goalkeeper Benjamin Asare retains his spot, as his outstanding performances continue to impress.

    Yirenkyi, Salisu and Djiku will form the defensive set up to prevent the opponent’s attacks.

    Thomas Partey and Kwasi Sibo will lead the midfield while Kudus Mohammed, Jordan Ayew, and in-form Antoine Semenyo will lead the attack.

    The players named in the starting lineup are expected to give their best and secure victory for the nation.

    Ghana face the Central African Republic at the Stade d’Honneur de Meknes in Morocco.

    The match is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 16:00 GMT.
