    Black Stars head coach Otto Addo is expected to field a strong starting eleven against Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on October 12, 2025.

    Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare is set to start between the posts after recording clean sheets in previous matches.

    Alexander Djiku and Mohammed Salisu are likely to anchor the defense as center-backs, continuing their solid partnership.

    Caleb Yirenkyi and Gideon Mensah are expected to occupy the full-back positions, following their impressive performances against the Central African Republic (CAR).

    2026 World Cup Qualifiers: It will be a tough game against Comoros – Ghana coach Otto Addo

    In midfield, Real Oviedo’s Kwasi Sibo and Elisha Owusu could take up the central roles, while Mohammed Kudus is expected to operate in an attacking midfield position to support the forwards.

    In-form Jordan Ayew is expected to lead the line as center-forward, with support from Fatawu Issahaku and Antoine Semenyo on the wings.

    Thomas Partey is expected to be rested, with players such as Joseph Paintsil, Kamaldeen Sulemana, Prince Owusu, Brandon Thomas-Asante, and Alidu Seidu all likely to start from the bench.

    Predicted Starting XI:

    Benjamin Asare, Gideon Mensah, Caleb Yirenkyi, Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu, Kwasi Sibo, Elisha Owusu, Mohammed Kudus, Jordan Ayew, Antoine Semenyo, Fatawu Issahaku.
