    The Black Queens of Ghana The Black Queens of Ghana

    The Black Queens touched down in England on Thursday morning to begin preparations for the much-anticipated international friendly against the Lionesses.

    The team, led by head coach Kim Lars Björkegren, arrived at the Heathrow airport via British Airways in high spirits, ready to test their strength against one of the world’s top sides.

    Upon arrival, the team moved to West Bromwich- Birmingham, and are lodging at the Mercury Hotel, a calm and secure base chosen to give players the ideal environment for recovery.

    Training sessions will be held at BodyMoor Heath training grounds in the West Midlands.

    The upcoming match marks an important test for the Black Queens as the team continue building momentum ahead of upcoming continental competitions.
