Ghana’s Amapiano King DJ Azonto has jabbed Afrobeats star Davido for posting the brand new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Waggon he bought for his wife on social media.

According to DJ Azonto, Davido is a big boy in the music industry and doesn’t have to put such things on social media.

DJ Azonto asserted that these kinds of things do put pressure on other artistes to do similar things for their wives, but they may not be financially sound enough to do that.

“For a top artiste like Davido, he should not be posting kind gestures to his wife Chioma on social media. For me, I think it puts pressure on other artists to do something similar, but they may be broke.

“Another thing I don’t like about some celebrities is posting videos while boarding a plane. For me this is a childish attitude and should be stopped,” DJ Azonto said.

DJ Azonto recently made headlines after making a yacht offer to Davido if he should feature on his “Attassa” remix, which was currently making waves.

The Amapiano sensation is currently promoting his new single “Attassa” and has hinted at a remix version which will be released in coming days.
