Nigerian singer Spyro laments the challenges of being a celebrity in Lagos, citing the relentless demands for money.

In an Instagram post, the Who Is Your Guy crooner painted a vivid picture of the overwhelming demands of being a celebrity in Lagos, where every fan seems to want a piece of him.

Recounting an incident, he mentioned that a man demanded money and he insisted on giving him the following day. Surprisingly, the man then started insulting him.

Spyro bemoaned that he spends at least ₦100,000 every day when he goes out, as he figures out how much he gives out every day because of the constant billing from individuals.

    He captioned on Instagram,

“If I enter restaurant,BILLINGS go de wait me outside ,I enter church ,same thing … Enter estate same ,carry phone enter online na same same … EVERYBODY wants to take but nobody de give you and nobody thinks of how you are fairing 🤦🏾‍♂️ S/O to everyone of my colleagues out there going through this ,ya’ll are the real MVP’s and I CELEBRATE you 🙏🏿”.

As Lagos State allegedly accommodates the majority with a huge sense of entitlement, the singer’s colleagues have flooded the comment area with advice, telling him to develop the practice of turning down continuous billers.
