Nigerian social media influencer, Saida Boj Nigerian social media influencer, Saida Boj

Nigerian influencer Saida Boj, known for her unfiltered opinions, shared a controversial statement about modern relationships during her appearance on Honest Brunch with Nedu Wazobia.

    According to Saida, a woman’s beauty isn’t just a blessing—it’s a currency.

“As a beautiful woman, it’s a privilege for a man to pay me every day for the opportunity to be with me,” she stated unapologetically.

Expanding on her point, Saida argued that women should begin billing men within 24 hours of sharing their contact details.

To her, this is not about desperation but about clarity. “It’s a test,” she explained. “You quickly find out who’s serious and who’s wasting your time. Why should a woman invest her energy in someone who isn’t ready to invest in her?”

When the host suggested that such behaviour might appear transactional, Saida fired back. “It’s not about being transactional; it’s about value.

“If you’re a man approaching a beautiful woman, you know what she brings to the table. Why shouldn’t you show that you’re willing to support her?”

Her remarks have ignited conversations on social media, with some viewers championing her confidence while others accuse her of reducing relationships to financial transactions.

Saida, however, remains unbothered by the criticism, insisting that her approach is about setting standards. “If you don’t see yourself as a queen, don’t expect anyone else to treat you like one,” she quipped.

Saida’s perspective might be controversial, but it taps into deeper discussions about self-worth, expectations, and modern dating norms.
