Ghana defeated Niger 2-0 in their second group match at the WAFU U-20 Zone B tournament, thanks to a brace by forward Aziz Musibau on Sunday afternoon in Togo.

Following a 2-2 draw against Benin in their opening game, where Jerry Afriyie scored a late equalizer, Ghana entered the match looking for their first win. Both teams struggled to break the deadlock in the first half, but Ghana emerged stronger after the break.

Musibau opened the scoring just after the hour mark with a long-range shot that slipped past the Niger goalkeeper. He then sealed the victory in the 73rd minute with a close-range finish, securing all three points for Ghana.

The win gives Ghana four points and puts them in a strong position to advance to the next round of the competition.
