Ghanaian youngster Abdul Aziz Issah delivered an outstanding performance for Barça Atlètic, registering a goal and an assist in their 3-1 win over Espanyol B in the Segunda Federación Group III round 31 clash.
The game got off to a bright start for Barça Atlètic, with Victor Barberá opening the scoring in just eight minutes to give the hosts a 1-0 lead at half-time.
After the break, Toni Fernández extended the advantage before Issah capped off a fine display by getting on the scoresheet, while also playing a key role in one of the earlier goals to seal a comfortable 3-1 victory.
The goal takes Issah’s tally to four for the season, underlining his growing influence within the team.
The 20-year-old Ghanaian has now established himself as a regular starter, featuring in back-to-back matches after initially struggling for game time during his first loan spell.
With his recent form, Issah is quickly becoming a key figure for Barça Atlètic, and the club could be tempted to activate their option to make his move permanent at the end of the season.
