Ghana’s rap scene is about to experience a wake-up as rapper Asumadu prepares to release his brand-new single “Confirm”, featuring award-winning Kumasi rap king, King Paluta.

The track, produced by Herry, officially drops on September 13th, 2025, under Hometown Records, a date that also coincides with Asumadu’s birthday, giving fans double reason to celebrate.

Asumadu, born Solomon Mensah, is no stranger to the industry. He has been active for years, first gaining recognition with his breakout single “T3nt3l3but33l3” featuring Keche and Kofi Supreme.

Known for his versatility and lyrical strength, he has remained a consistent voice in Kumasi’s vibrant rap culture.

His recent signing with Hometown Records signals a refreshed phase in his career, backed by a strong team ready to push his music to wider audiences.

Joining him on “Confirm” is none other than King Paluta, currently one of Ghana’s most decorated rappers.

Famous for hits like “Y’ahitie Remix” and “Aseda”, King Paluta has earned multiple awards, including Best New Artist, Best Hiplife Song, and Most Popular Song of the Year at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

His ability to blend rap, hiplife, and highlife while spitting in multiple dialects has made him a household name.

Together, the two Kumasi acts deliver a collaboration that speaks of ambition, success, and validation. With Asumadu’s consistency and King Paluta’s dominance, “Confirm” is expected to resonate strongly with fans and make its mark on the airwaves.

The collaboration also highlights Kumasi’s growing role as a powerhouse in Ghana’s music industry, with both artists championing the city’s sound and influence.

As anticipation builds for September 13th, one thing is certain: “Confirm” is more than just another release; it’s a statement of artistry, growth, and celebration.

For Asumadu, it’s a reminder that he’s still a force in Ghanaian rap, and for King Paluta, it’s yet another chance to stamp his authority as one of the country’s finest.
