    Mixed reactions have trailed a video that was shared on Instagram which captured the moment a street vox pop took an unexpected turn.

    A woman was asked about the most romantic thing she did for her husband by the interviewer, but she redirected the question to the economic hardship in the country.

    Frustrated by the current administration, she dismissed the question and responded with the harsh realities some Nigerians are facing today.

    She went on to highlight the increase in rent and the struggles that citizens face everyday, especially in Rivers State.

    She was heard saying;

    “I dey talk of Tinubu, you dey ask me nonsense questions, I say see wetin Tinubu dey cause you dey ask me another thing. I no get that kind time, I dey tell you say make you go ask Tinubu wetin happen wey landlord people dey increase rent, tenant dey cry say wetin happen… for this Rivers state and all over Nigeria. Na Tinubu, you go ask that question.”

    The video which has since gone viral on social media, has many Nigerians relating to her outburst, while others found it hilarious.

    Below are some of the comments;

    “She no lie sha. People no even get time for romance again, everybody just dey hustle to survive under this economy!”

    “Lol. I came here to laugh, not cry. But she’s speaking nothing but facts, things are really hard out here”

    “Honestly, I feel her pain. Even love no sweet when rent dey give person BP. Nigeria, do better!”

    “This one turned a romance question into a press conference. But I can’t even blame her. Life dey show people shege.“
