Vision FC’s technical director, Annor Walker, has fired a bold warning to Hearts of Oak ahead of their much-anticipated clash in the Ghana Premier League.
The two clubs will face off on Sunday, April 13, 2025, as they aim to secure all three points.
Vision FC are just five points above the relegation zone and have won only once in their last two games.
However, the experienced coach is brimming with confidence, insisting that Vision will waste no time putting the game to bed within the opening 25 minutes.
According to Walker, once Vision secures an early lead, they will switch to a ‘tiki-taka’ style, dominating possession, controlling the tempo, and frustrating their opponents for the remainder of the match.
“We are winning against Hearts of Oak right here on our home turf. If the fans come late, they’ll miss all the beautiful goals we’re going to score. They should come early because, within the first 25 minutes, we’ll settle the game, after that, it’s just tiki-taka football all over the pitch,” he said.
The newly promoted side has amassed 28 points from 25 games and sits 14th on the league table, whereas Hearts of Oak is in 5th place with 40 points.
The game kicks off at 3 p.m. at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Tema.
