Outrage and calls for justice have been triggered by a terrible occurrence involving the son of Ghanaian preacher Salifu Amoako. Twelve-year-old Justine Mary-Anne Enyonam Agbenu and her friend Maame Dwomoh Boaten were killed in an automobile accident in East Legon on October 12, 2024.

According to X, relatives, friends, and community people attended Justine’s funeral today at Christ the King Catholic Church in Accra to express their sorrow over the young girls’ premature passing.

Social media blogger Bongo Ideas has demanded harsh consequences for Salifu Amoako in response to the event. “Naaaa bro, this is too emotional!” he said. This must cost Salifu Amoako dearly! His church has to be shut down! His passports ought to be confiscated.

If justice for the dead is not achieved, there is no hope for the living! Many people in the community are angry and demanding accountability, and this sentiment mirrors their feelings.

Conversations concerning road safety and the obligations of public people have been sparked by the disaster. The need for justice emphasizes the pressing need for action and reform to stop catastrophes in the future while the community struggles with the loss. Many people eagerly await the results of the current inquiry into the tragedy, hoping that Justine and Maame will receive justice.
