    Ghanaian media personality, entrepreneur, and humanitarian Ambassador Regina Adu Safowaah has once again made Ghana proud as she was officially inducted as an African Youth Ambassador by the African Union Youth Council (AUYC), Nigeria Chapter in Abuja, Nigeria.

    The prestigious event, held on October 5, 2025, saw Amb. Adu Safowaah receive the Patrice Lumumba Leadership Excellence Award & Integrity Medal, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to youth empowerment, leadership, and community development across the continent.

    Amb. Adu Safowaah, who is also a member of the Forbes Black Community of Excellence and a recognized Global Citizen, was celebrated for her tireless advocacy for young people, her mentorship initiatives, and her humanitarian projects that focus on empowering the next generation of African leaders.

    Speaking after the induction, she expressed profound gratitude to the African Union Youth Council for acknowledging her work and pledged to continue championing causes that uplift African youth.

    This honour is not just for me but for every young African striving to make a difference. My mission is to use my platform to mentor, empower, and advocate for the African youth, especially young women, to dream boldly and act purposefully,” she said.

    Amb. Adu Safowaah has built a strong reputation in Ghana’s media and entertainment industry as a creative force and a philanthropist with a passion for impact. Beyond her media career, she has launched several social initiatives focused on education, women’s empowerment, and youth entrepreneurship.

    Her recognition as an African Youth Ambassador aligns with the AUYC’s mission of nurturing young African leaders who embody integrity, innovation, and service.

    As she takes on this continental role, Amb. Regina Adu Safowaah stands as a beacon of inspiration an embodiment of the new African dream driven by purpose, integrity, and leadership excellence.
