Former Real Madrid defender, Sergio Ramos has released a song titled “Cibeles” as he launches his music career despite being on the books of Mexican outfit Monterrey.
The song reflects the sacrifices he made to keep something alive, only to feel unfairly treated in the end, which has left him in pains.
He also touched on giving “blood and sweat” for something, only to feel unappreciated, leaving him disappointed.

The former Paris Saint-Germain defender shared a trailer for the music video, which includes scenes from his time at Real Madrid, showcasing the trophies he won and other symbolic moments.
Read the lyrics below:
There are things I didn’t tell you
That still hurt
I never wanted to leave
You asked me to fly,
You asked me to fly,
You asked me
I would kill for you,
I loved you, and I defended you
But I wasn’t myself
You asked me to fly
I dressed in gala attire,
I gave you blood and sweat
I enjoyed you and I suffered you
I hope you’re doing well
Although I feel bad without you
It’s a good thing I left
Because you didn’t treat me the same
You loved me and I loved you
But someone always gives more
Everything was just as I dreamed
Until I had to wake up
