The Super Eagles players were beaming with smiles as they undertook their training session ahead of their game against the Black Stars in the 2025 Unity Cup.

The players, donned in their training jerseys, engaged in warm-up sessions to enhance their physicality.

Afterwards, they divided themselves into two groups and played a short match to assess themselves upon their return from various teams.

Some of the players spotted during the training include Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ahmed Musa, Samuel Chukweze, and host of other players.

The Super Eagles will be missing Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen and the reigning African Player of the Year Ademola Lookman, which is a big blow to the side.

On the other hand, the Black Stars will also be going into the game without key players like Mohammed Kudus, Thomas Partey, Inaki Williams, Ernest Nuamah, Kamaldeen Sulemana, Alexander Djiku, and others.

The Black Stars will compete in a four-nation tournament with a high-profile semi-final clash against longtime West African rivals Nigeria, scheduled for May 28, 2025, at Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium, with a kick-off time of 19:00 GMT.

The victor will face the winner between Trinidad and Tobago versus Jamaica to compete for the ultimate prize.
