Ghanaian actress and socialite Akuapem Poloo has revealed that wedding bells may soon be ringing, as she contemplates taking her current relationship to the next level.

In a candid interview on Okay FM, the outspoken media personality opened up about her love life, sharing that she is in a committed relationship with a man she describes as “drama-free” and “off social media.”

The couple met at an event, and Poloo believes their bond is strong and rooted in mutual understanding.

“My partner is currently abroad working hard to build a solid financial future for us,” she disclosed, noting that the stability and peace she finds in the relationship have renewed her confidence in love and commitment.

Having previously dated seven men, Akuapem Poloo remarked that her experiences have shaped her clarity about what she desires in a lifelong partner. “My longest relationship lasted eight years, so I know what I want now,” she added.

Poloo, who is a mother of two, also expressed a desire to expand her family—this time, within the context of marriage. She admitted that while she once found the idea of marriage overwhelming, maturity and life experiences have shifted her perspective.

“I used to think marriage was too much,” she said. “But now I see it differently. If I don’t get married, fine. If I do, glory be to God.”

Her remarks have stirred positive reactions from fans, many of whom have commended her growth and sincerity. As she embarks on a new chapter, Akuapem Poloo’s journey continues to inspire discussions about love, self-discovery, and second chances.
