Ghanaian media personality Okatakyie Kwame Afrifa-Mensah has reportedly been awarded a prestigious scholarship to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Connecticut (UCONN) in the United States of America.

Afrifa-Mensah, a law student at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), was selected as one of the top-performing students with the highest GPAs under the ongoing academic exchange programme between GIMPA and UConn.

The one-year LL.M. programme provides advanced academic training in law, equipping graduates with specialised knowledge and global exposure.

Upon completion, Afrifa-Mensah will also be eligible to sit for the United States Bar Examinations, paving the way to being called to the U.S. Bar if successful.
