The Adu Safowaah Foundation on Saturday, May 31, 2025 embarked on a heartwarming initiative to honor mothers in Akyekyesu village. The foundation’s team went door-to-door, distributed 6 yards of 50 pieces of beautiful African print to mothers aged 50 and above. This thoughtful gesture was a celebration of Mother’s Day, which had taken place earlier in the month.
As the CEO of the foundation, Ms Regina Adu Safowaah and her team visited each mother, they were met with surprise and joy. The mothers hadn’t expected this kind gesture, and their faces lit up with gratitude. Many were seen tearing up, touched by the foundation’s thoughtfulness.
