The Adenta District of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has received massive support in its bid to deliver wholistic and sustainable education services following the donation of some air conditioners.
The donation made by Carmensita Ghana forms part of its commitment to contributing meaningfully to the development of education in the communities in which it operates.
By improving office conditions, the company aims to support the efficiency, comfort, and productivity of education administrators who play a critical role in shaping the future of learning in the district.
Presenting the items, Kofi Opoku, Marketing Manager of Carmensita Ghana Ltd, emphasised the company’s belief in education as a foundation for national development.
He encouraged staff of the Ghana Education Service to continue offering their services with passion and dedication, noting that the work they do directly impacts the lives and futures of children.
“Education remains one of the most important investments we can make as a society. The children are the future, and supporting those who serve them is a responsibility we take seriously as a company,” Opoku stated.
The donation was formally received on behalf of the Ghana Education Service by Madam Charlotte Nyarko, Deputy Director of Education for the Adenta District, who expressed appreciation to Carmensita Ghana for the thoughtful gesture.
She acknowledged that the donation would go a long way in improving the working environment and further motivating staff to deliver their duties effectively.
Madam Nyarko commended the company for prioritising education within its CSR agenda and encouraged other corporate institutions to emulate such initiatives in support of public service delivery.
