    A fire outbreak has reportedly occurred at Ability Square in the Adjiringano area of Accra, razing numerous residences.

    According to reports gathered by GhanaWeb, the incident happened in the late hours of Friday, November 14, 2025.

    A video less than one minute long, shared on social media, indicates that Ghanaian-Nigerian actress Yvonne Okoro’s Afri Royal Hotel is among the facilities engulfed in the blaze.

    A Facebook post by the Ghana National Fire Service also stated that four fire pumps from the Legon, Madina, National Headquarters, and Adenta fire stations were dispatched to contain the fire.

    “A raging fire has broken out at Ability Square, Adjiringano–Accra, affecting some residential buildings. Four (4) fire pumps from Legon, Madina, National Headquarters, and Adenta Fire Stations have been dispatched to contain the blaze. More details will follow shortly,” the post noted.

    Meanwhile, the cause of the fire remains unknown, and there have been no reports of casualties so far.
